I had an amazing experience with Andrea Döhne from Taunus Relocation during a period of almost 7 months; she supported me and my family during our relocation from South Africa to Germany, a non- speaker Ge language family, with the needs to have support across almost all aspects: accommodation, registration in Germany, at Bank, school registration, finding the right home for us and our pet, navigating to the health care system (for family's members and the pet), negotiation the contract's conditions for accommodation and utilities. All the services were timely manner, prompt and very professional, with good intelligence from good practices in Germany. All these made our life so easy to continue our day to day activity and also have the feeling of security, than whatever will come as a surprise, you have someone who will always help with the best advise and support. 29.07.2024Empfehlung! Die Erreichbarkeit von Frau Vornhusen ist extrem hoch und sie nimmt sich immer die Zeit, Rückfragen und weiteres Vorgehen zu besprechen. Da die Erreichbarkeit der Behörden dagegen sehr schlecht ist, ist sich Frau Vornhusen auch nie zu schade, persönlich vorstellig bei ihren Kontakten in den Behörden zu werden. Ich habe mich als Mitarbeiterin des HR Bereichs sehr gut beraten/aufgehoben gefühlt und wir haben auch einen sehr schwierigen Case zusammen gelöst.
